Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the “Hafif Çelik & Prefabrik Ev” mobile application, published by AYD Prefabrik, does with your information. It describes the application only; the aydprefabrik.com website is covered by its own notices, linked at the bottom of this page.
In short
The application does not ask you to create an account, does not ask for your name or phone number, and does not read your location, contacts, camera or files. It shows Google (AdMob) banner ads on the Blog screens; apart from that it carries no analytics or measurement tracking.

2. What the application handles

3. What the application does not do
- It has no registration, login or user account.
- It has no form asking for your name, phone number or address. To get in touch you are taken to WhatsApp or the phone dialler; the conversation then happens there, outside the application.
- It does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, gallery or calendar permissions.
- It carries no analytics or measurement tracking of our own. Banner ads shown on the Blog screens are served by Google (AdMob); for this Google reads your device’s advertising identifier. See “Third parties” below.
- It creates no cookies of its own.
- Only one anonymous figure is kept on the server: how many times a day the application fetched data. It contains no identifier and cannot be traced to a device or person.
4. Permissions the application asks for
- Notifications — to show campaign and announcement notices. You may refuse it, or turn it off later from Settings; the rest of the app keeps working.
- Vibration — for a short buzz when you tap buttons. It reads nothing and sends nothing. It can be turned off in Settings.
- Internet access — to fetch models, prices, articles and announcements from aydprefabrik.com.
When you turn off announcement notifications in Settings, your device is removed from the announcement topic, so notices no longer reach that phone at all.
5. Third parties
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivers notifications. Google assigns your device an identifier for this purpose and processes it under its own privacy policy.
- Google AdMob — serves the banner ads shown on the Blog screens. For this Google reads your device’s advertising identifier along with technical data such as approximate location derived from your IP address, device model and language, and processes it under its own privacy policy to select and measure ads. You can reset or delete this identifier at any time from your phone’s Settings › Google › Ads; deleting it stops ads being personalised, but ads keep appearing.
- unpkg.com — only on the Factory screen, to load the 3D viewer library. Opening that screen means your device makes a request to that address.
No other third party receives data from the application.
6. If you write to us
If you contact us through WhatsApp or by phone, that conversation is not carried out inside the application; the messaging service and telephone operator you use are the ones handling it. If you fill in the contact form on our website, the name, e-mail address, phone, subject and message you provide are recorded so we can respond, together with your IP address and device information. The IP address and device information are cleared after one year; the enquiry itself is kept as a commercial record for as long as the business relationship and legal retention periods require, and deleted when you ask us to.
7. Children
The application is aimed at people looking to have a building constructed. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Your rights
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write to us using the details in section 1; we respond within thirty days at the latest.
To delete everything the application keeps on your device, uninstalling it is enough — preferences are stored only on the device.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. The current text is always the one on this page.
