The house offers three bedrooms, including an 18.5 m² family room, a 13 m² second bedroom and an 11.5 m² third room. This arrangement creates flexible use scenarios for families of different sizes and age groups.
One of the strongest parts of the layout is the wet-area organization. Two separate bathrooms of 4 m² and 3 m², plus an independent 2.5 m² WC, help daily routines continue without interruption in a busy household.
